Did a quick and informal translation for my friend, thought it might help some. 1) cut onion into quarters then submerse in water for 2 minutes 2) while onions are submersed, julienne green bell pepper and carrot 3) cut onions into thin strips, root to stem, as thinly as possible (think julienne) 4) break eggs and scramble, before adding to veggie mixture 5) add starch and flour 1:1 according to your feelings 6) mix 7) add soy sauce, pepper, and salt to taste 8) remove any large pieces you find while mixing 9) fry in hot oil, covering top 10) add sesame on top while frying, black or white sesame all ok , just according to your preferences 11) flip onto plate, then slide back onto pan (avoid breaking if pancake is large)
Love this recipe looks awesome love all vegetables recipes. Often this type of recipes don't work for me they don't hold together hopefully the starch and flour makes a different. Will give a try soon. Thank you!

陸红英 😂,你太折腾锅子了。我这个不粘锅是挺好用的炒菜什么都用它而且便宜。贵的东西不一定就好,我也是买了一套安利的锅子真心不好用啊我都后悔得不行。尤其是蒸馒头那个大的锅总是会滴水下来影响外形。
