@@df98156 What? Do you want me to look up the names of the developers of Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 and name them? Or do you not know that there are real people who actually sit down at computers and write the software for Flight Simulator, and that software has been all kinds of problems for a lot of people since its release, and that using a pronoun such as "they" is the correct term for...ahem..."them" in that sentence? XD
@@brettashton3873 But…but these aircraft in the video aren’t…okay, deep breath… These are third party aircraft. They are developed by third party developers. They are not Asobo or Microsoft developed. Please seek therapy.
@@df98156, Okay...deep breath... I would not suggest anything as personal as to suggesting you to seek therapy. I would however suggest that you carefully re-read my post. Both of them. I currently have four aircraft that I bought through the Marketplace from third party developers that don't show up at all. Four, including the Learjet 35A and the OV-10. The other two are Darkstar and the Ornithopter...(who really cares?)...but the point being the same. They are both Asobo/Microsoft developed and even they don't show up. I have zero, ZERO, third party aircraft in MSFS 2024, (and even many of the Asobo/Microsoft developed ones are bad enough,) that work correctly in MSFS 2024, many of which do work correctly in MSFS 2020. Let's set aside little things like the wonderfully modeled trees and rocks you occasionally find floating 10 to twenty feet off the ground. Instead we can talk about Blackbird Simulations FG-1D, a truly wonderfully modeled aircraft that is absolutely FLAWLESS in MSFS 2020. The engine sounds are so extraordinary that I have to fly it sometimes with the canopy open. However, in MSFS 2024, the aircraft that I purchased through the Marketplace in MSFS 2020, when I open the canopy ALMOST ALL OF THE COCKPIT CONTROLS, including the lever to close the canopy, STOP WORKING, rendering the airplane totally unflyable. The point being that Asobo/Microsoft need to fix their software. It doesn't matter who you buy any aircraft from, if the simulator software is crap you cannot fly the planes at the worst or they work like crap at the absolute very best. I have talked to some of the third party developers and my statement stands. The real people, "they," who developed MSFS 2024 have caused a lot of problems for a lot of people since its release. And it is pointless to have more aircraft when the ones I already have don't even show up or work properly...if you can even get the sim to start at all. Both of these are ironclad truthful statements; although I have to admit it is getting better. So the questions I would ask of you is; How many non-working aircraft do you want in your library to have crash in a screwed up simulator? and who would you prefer to buy your non-working aircraft from?
I open my TH-cam and see this video hit 23 seconds ago. Always happy to hear about updates and new planes coming to the Sim. Thanks for the update! Cheers!
I recommend to install under bench water filtration. No more sitting single use water bottles and you can fill your coffee machine with clean water as well and prevent scale buildup
Fenix is still better though. Not only is the price better but the entire aircraft. They literally took the software they use to train RW pilots in the sims and implemented it into msfs. I don’t think anyone can ever beat that quality.
Hey there! Thank for the update. Always good information. Question.... are you having issues with your FlightSimBuilder G1000 after the latest 1.27 update? Mine are not working properly. MSFS 202o has no issues with them. Curious...
I would like the efb to be bigger in VR. Besides that, I enjoy the flight handling, specially the flare. If you use GSX there is no need to open any menu, all is managed automatically or by datalink. Like, you can input the arrival gate during cruise and it will be set on your arrival. So immersion is huge in vr.
Cool stuff. CJ3+ is cool. I fly a CJ4 IRL and hate the CJ series only because for guys with wide shoulders, they’re a nightmare to get in and out of the cockpit. It makes something like a King Air or Cheyenne seem spacey. Regardless, I’m happy to see more charter/135 op aircraft in the sim. I hope to see more turboprops since Asobo really dropped the ball on their 2024 turboprops (detail wise).
Seems like 2024 has caused some issues with a few companies. FS2 Crew is still trying to get the animated co- pilot working for the Fenix. On another note, I was in Las Vegas for FS Expo this year and it was fantastic.
I'm so sorry to hear you had to drink water. Hehehe... No more Busses. Fenix has the A32x CEO world locked up, IMO. Plus I'm not about having to install another special installer because the company wants to have absolute control of their software (and many know FSL's past). No thank you. Wish them the best but I just don't see a large adoption.
I just like this guy did not bring up the FS Labs situation that happened a few years ago that was a negative impact on the community. People need to know about the spyware/malware they installed on their customers computers and they claimed they were trying to catch a pirater. Let them know the story.
This update completely ruined the game for me. I can no longer use any of the airbuses. The displays are all white and can not see them. This update is disastrous.
It's bad enough knowing this game performs so badly on Xbox. What you don't need is people telling you it works better on PC. It's all down to what you can afford
Did people forgot how bad flight sim 2020 was on xbox? The amount of crashes where so bad that the game was literally unplayable for weeks. Msfs 2024 has it issues ofcourse, not perfect at all. But knowing how they fixed 2020, i got all hope this will happen to 2024 too! Dont forget that these devs are trying things that have never been done before by any studio. Lets give it some time
@User05199 Time being the operative word. The questions I am asking, is Xbox capable of running this program successfully and is Asobo knowledgeable enough to counter the problems it currently faces. You will have to forgive me when I say I'm doubtful, as I think Asobo are simply incapable of rectifiying what is a highly sophisticated program even if they are the architects.
@martinpawley647 what makes you think that? I'm curious what your view is of this situation. My view is, the previous 2020 sim was a test in a way what was possible with streaming world data. Now we stream a lot more which does reduce the workload on the console itself. But these servers need to work perfectly to give us the experience we are looking for. I think they can achieve that but it won't be easy ofcourse ( just like anything new, problems need to be sorted ).
Surprised there was no mention of the malware history of FSLabs
Reason why I will not buy it
Same. A company that hates its customers so much shouldn’t get any attention at all imho. Will never buy any of their planes.
No more airbus......just no more. There's so many other cool aircraft that aren't boeing or airbus that would be great to see.
I love airbus it was my gateway drug to flight sim🤣
