You are ingeniously amazing! I have been following you for several years. I love your glass casserole. How can I purchase several sizes of this casserole and how do you keep it without grease stains?
We all know that sometimes cold water or running water helps to peel an egg.SOMETIMES. Well i recently heard of a hack that really works. DO NOT add the eggs to the water UNTIL it comes to a boil. Simple. Wow. It has worked every time! Amazing old cowboy trick. Love it, coz i love boiled eggs and deviled eggs too
I use a spaghetti spoon to remove boiled eggs, perfect shape for it. 🙂 Wow, that last French Toast recipe looks like something Elvis would’ve liked. lol
i think i will try a peanutbutter&jelly french toast! thanks for your beautiful presentation. . . I love steamed egg with seseme, soy and tiny diced green onion.😘
Hey Alex, I would add a touch of lemon juice to the avocado....in France we always add a drop of something acid to make the whole a bit.... lighter 🙂. I keep watching all your vids, so please keep making more hacks !!
Does anyone else get hungry watching a.l the spectacular looking food he prepares. My husband asked me what did I want for dinner. I told to watch a couple of his videos and pick something and make it. TNJaniceRN
That egg cracking technique is genius! Just a suggestion: On the 1st recipe, I'd skip the hot dog and replace it with rolled slices of ham. The aluminum ring is genius! That was some delicious French Toast you prepared. I could taste it through the monitor!
Great video, so a thumbs up for that. There is a better way to boil eggs, however. As soon as the eggs reach boiling point, turn off the heat, cover the pot (if not already covered), set the timer for twelve minutes, and leave. After twelve minutes, cool the eggs in water as per normal. Doing it this way means perfectly cooked, hard-boiled eggs, every time. Medium-boiled eggs are cooled at six minutes. Soft-boiled eggs are done after three minutes.
Here’s a tip for you: when boiling eggs for breakfast bang the thick end down on your counter just hard enough for the egg to stand up on its own, then when you boil it the air escapes from the sac and it won’t leak any white into the water.
If you live in a country where your fresh eggs are not washed, do NOT crack your eggs by dropping them into the bowl. The bacteria from the eggshells will be mixed into your eggs. Not a good idea nor is it recommended by the egg farmers.
@@JohnWagenaar-g2h Where are you? America washes their eggs. Australia does not because the farmers use more hygienic methods, but we do need to refrigerate them because the warmer temperatures make them dry out faster. Also, with so many bird diseases going around the world, our egg farmers recommend refrigeration and cooking.
@@JohnWagenaar-g2hbut do you drop the unwashed eggs into the bowl, or would you wash them just before using this hack? I live in the US where the washing is required. I don’t necessarily refrigerate my carefully examined untracked eggs in a cool spot in my kitchen and have no problem with nature’s perfect packaging keeping things safe.
I think most of the recipes just complicate perfectly nice foods, as well as adding a ton of calories. But I enjoy the tips; the one for storing bacon (another video) is excellent, and I’m going to try cooking bacon in the microwave between two paper towels.
The avocado/grater hack was great. Thanks
Enjoy using it in your kitchen! 🥑🔪
The way you've puréed the avocado using a seive is brilliant! Cheers Alex, a great innovative video, as usual. 👍🏻
Cheers! 👍🥑
Once again, perfect timing!!!! my fridge seems to have no other protein in it but eggs right now =)

I want to try the egg salad (minus the Sriracha) on Avocado Toast. That looks so good.
Yes I don't like the Sriracha sauce either. Why have something so hot you can't taste the flavours of the food?
Just put a drop on. @@Joy1957K
I dislike Siracha sauce. I would just use a little Tabasco sauce like I always do.

I myself love Sriracha sauce, but I also use Lemon and/or Lime (put through the blender first) and a little bit of salt - sooo good !!!
