this was great, it really put everything i had learned over the years in one hr. wish i had started with this. i lived with a narcissist for years and i'm an essential worker in a grocery store, so the last 5 years have been hell. this really explains what i've been going through and i have made strides in the last year, but i can make more now. and ashwagandha really helps with mood and energy.

I must say, this clarifies and confirms So much, it will simply save the viewer years of inefficient living, slower recovery, and wandering in doubt.
Otherness, self-knowledge and environment are just such a fascinating field, especially in the info era!

I am now in the recovery phase and finally have a handle on it, I was over exercising, under eating and not getting enough carbs which resulted in several nutritional deficiencies etc (thought I was being healthy at the time) unknowingly I was putting my body in a catabolic state which will cause the body to stay awake and alert, as it is meant to. Think about what you are doing and what messages you are sending to your central nervous system via the way you eat exercise and live...you might be putting your body in survival mode and its simply doing what its meant to be doing. It took me a long time to work out, I had put myself in a form of metabolic burn out and stopped sleeping. I did a sleep study, sleep hygiene, saw various sleep experts...they all missed this and the treatments offered were not relevant for what I was experiencing.
I hope this helps some people out there, it can be very frustrating particularly when you don't know why it is happening. I rested, stopped doing intense cardio, ate regular clean balanced meals, lifted weights with ample recovery and focused on getting in an a more anabolic dominant state.

Surprised nobody mentions secondary adrenal fatigue caused by corticoids like Prednisone. Had an adverse reaction to the Covid vaccine, thrombocytopenia, had to have up to 60 mg of prednisone for about a month tapering off according to doctors instructions. That was in March 2021 and I still haven’t been able to get my adrenals to function properly. Aswaganda helps, but it is taking a long time for my adrenals to normalize. I’m surprised doctors do not address this issue at all.

what type of doctor should i see if i think i have an adrenal gland issue? about 10 years ago i binged on speed for like 1 year to the point where i had to go to the psych ward for psychosis. i am totally clean now but i suffer what i can only describe like a chronic internal anxiety/agitation. its so hard to describe my symptoms to my GP without him thinking its just anxiety. i do NOT suffer from any mental anxiety or depression, im actually a quite calm happy person aside from this physical feeling i have constantly.

Perhaps, a professional counselor to work with emotional / mental side as the medical doctor helps with any physical issues. You can find other therapists via Psychology Today search:

I’m not joking (and adrenal fatigue could totally be the cause) but this could very well be (at least partly) demonic. Drugs open up huge doorways to the spirit realm and often demons come in and latch themselves to your body/soul, and stay long after you’ve stopped. Repent and pray to Jesus for deliverance / seek a deliverance ministry. Hard drugs will intensely affect you on a spiritual level.

    • @gristamshackleford2102

@@anaflower5865 thank you for that, i believe it, when i had the psychosis and was hearing voices (11 years ago), i always thought there was something more to it than just me going crazy. even to this day i think there may have been a spiritual component to it all, because the voices were telling me things i couldnt have known, like what song was about to come on the radio.
i do believe in jesus but i'm not so much for christianity religion. i def. took your message to heart. thank you.

Please, if you have a minute, help me to understand one of my symptoms.
I have many symptoms of AF and going to check if I have it. It would explain all my suffering for years and all the strange symptoms. But the strangest from all of them is that my brain gets extremely tired after a mea for several hours. Like I was poisoned, it's a torture, so I eat only once a day. And i would understand if this was happening after sweet food or some fast carbs, but I can tolerate fruits, soda, honey and many vegetables. But after the food that considered healthy, like meat, eggs, bread, potato etc I feel like it's poison for my brain. And the larger the portion is the longer my suffering lasts. The only thing that helps this to go away faster, is a nap. If I'm lucky to fall asleep, after waking up it starts to get better much faster. But if I'm trying not to sleep and cope with, it can last for many hours and gets worse.
Can this be explained by adrenal disfunction? Which element can cause this after meal, so the nap could help with it

Sure, other issues may be responsible for a certain percentage but how come it's so hard to imagine that a tiny organ the size of a walnut can get fatigued in a chronic fight/flight/freeze high cortisol environment? I'm buying into this epidemic. It just makes sense...and quite naturally, I want an explanation for my personal suffering ;)
