I’m literally the same way. Downloaded MK11 yesterday for the first time in months. Got Spawn, labbed for like 2 hours and got some bnbs down along with some good tech. Hope online, first game in months. I literally said, “Man this game is refreshing, there must be a reason I deleted it..... I go online and search for my first casual online match with Spawn. So anyway I get counterpicked (LIu Kang) win the first game... rematch.. lose the second get tea bagged, fatalitied then the guy left. And then it all came back to me, “DUDE THIS GAME IS ASS!” It’s now deleted once again collecting dust next to COD 😂
@@SpaceO2 I feel like I may experience the same thing very soon as I recently just reinstalled MK11 too. Haven't played since Terminator release but have been keeping heavy tabs on the game since. I just need some form of MK in my life, even if I can only take it in bits and pieces before I put it down again
it be like that tho, I stop playing a game then I come back and im gdlk day1, I play again next day I overthink everything and lose to the dumbest shyt and feel like THIS GAME SUCKS lol
@@SpaceO2 I used to love that game and was so excited to play as spawn and when I did for the first couple of days i was hooked and I destroyed online but after a while I wished spawn wasn’t wasted on this game, now I only play that game when some of my friends come to our house but I always try mkx everyday for at least one or two matches because I don’t have ps plus and fighting bots all the time is boring despite the sick gameplay, now I’m hooked with warzone but still wish I had mk9 or a PS2 to play deception.

Hope that rumor of Takeda returning is true. Love the lore behind him being the son of Kenshi, but trained by Scorpion.
How Jacqui made it in and not Takeda is something I will never understand.

As much as I love MK11's graphic design, MKX is just better when it comes to gameplay mechanics which makes this game more fun to play as.
I think there's some fun in mk11's simplicity and we can be thankful it most likely brought the fgc an enormous amount of people with how attractive it is to casuals; aside from that, yeah, mkx is cleaaarly the superior one one the crazy fun aspect
Plus MKX has Alien and Predator
I think there's still time for MK11's meta to improve. It wasn't until late in its lifespan that MKX became the best verison of itself. I mean, MK11 was never as bad as MKX was immediately after Tanya was released.
Low key, though, I actually think some aspects of the design/cosmetic stuff was better in MKX. Like, the intros are better written/funnier and shit.

I wish the good parts of mk11 and mkX could be combined, because the extreme precise combos made the mkX hard for intermediate players as compared to easier and more friendly system in 11, but 11 has some of the slowest gameplay I’ve seen in a fighting games

Came back after almost a year of not playing MKX and decided to play a ranked match for old times sake after playing some solo Predator...Matched up against a Takeda, and decided to just pick up Smoke Triborg, my old main, for the first time in a long time. Long story short, fire fists over here starts teabagging the first fight while I tried to remember the controls, second match comes and as soon as I remember properly, it's OVER. I end up taking back the win with my boy and teabag the man to death at the end. Smoke and MKX forever
Yeah smoke it the best character in the game after alien its hard to lose if you know how to play
I'm more of a Liu Kang, Shinnok, Kung Lao, and Quan Chi main myself, but Triborg is fun as fuck. He just has a lot of tools.
I haven't had a chance to play _MKX_ yet, but I feel I must just to see Triborg use "Cyber" Smoke's old moves. ♥
triborg is a pretty easy character imo to get into and he is i think one of the only characters to have 4 variations

It's like removing the neutral jump from MKX, it's a tool for combos to the whole cast
In MK11 is just, string-> special move->string->ender
Feels so simple, mkx had more flavor in that aspect

Man, Cyber Initiative are such great characters. Sektor, Cyrax, Smoke, Sub-Zero, they're so cool to watch fight. And their brutalities are fucking awesome. Even their win poses with all of them striking their classic poses together. I hope somewhere in the future the other ninjas get Cyber characters for whatever reason, just for the goodness of it.
I wanna see Khrome be made into am official kharacter, fighting with liquid metal (i.e. mercury)

I haven't seen much of anything regarding MKX aside from the story so it's interesting to see that its game play is so extremely fast as compared to MK11. I wonder why they chose to go in the direction they did with MK11 because MKX looks like it'd be more fun with a bit less campy-ness since you can move around so fast.
NRS stated they wanted to keep the gameplay simple and friendly. Unfortunately a lot of people (including myself) don't enjoy the change, as it feels like while they made it simpler, they also halved the movement/combo options. Perhaps newer players may find it to be friendlier, but if you want to do anything at an advanced level you're kinda screwed.
man everytime i see MKX played it makes me want to jump back in and play! combos for it are crazy awesome and all in all MKX is just so much fun!!!

I really like the cyborg designs from Mortal Kombat X and 11 due to their extremely cool looks.
I love how this series has evolved. The cyber ninja don't just look cooler because pretty graphics, but because they look more hi tech than when they originally came out.
Hearing Triborg get hit sounds so satisfying.

Combine
MKX's>Pacing, meter system, stamina system, NJP launchers, combos that are more than 5 hits and take actually practice.
MK11's>Fatal blows, Krushing blow system, graphics, kustomization.
Would be perfect

Remove the fatal blows and I'll agree. Fatal blows suck.
MKX relies too much on combos and it ruins the integral core for me and everyone else, im glad there is an MK game where I don't have to wait 3 fucking minutes for an 80+ combo to finish. and plus, the fatal blows are fine. Combos aren't everything.
It would be awesome if you unlock Cyrax and Sektor after you beat the Expansion story mode. Kinda like being able to unlock Frost after you beat her in the story mode

Triborg remains one of my favourite Mortal Kombat X/XL characters. So much went into his design and animations, basically giving him three (actually FOUR) character's movesets. Just wish each variation had its own fatality. Would have been AWESOME.

Because we know, a lot of people just play MK XI due to be a recent release. It's just like the release of Deadly Alliance and Deception, they're fun but the gameplay...

I still think that MK11 should've stuck with the 3 preset variations but each one's look is different like one scorpion variation can have him look like his human form and another looks like his classic form, I think that would be pretty cool for MK11 or for a future sequel

One more thing, does Maximilian play on a fightstick or a controller? Because fightstick is the way I like to play, but I feel it's much more complicated to pull combos, and fatalities, etc.. but if he uses a stick, damn. Respect.
He uses a stick for most fighting games he plays, for MK I think he uses a controller
