    thanks for the advice, what a complicated job for an air filter. My last bike was a CBF1000 and the filter was simple a matter of taking of a side panel with one allen bolt!

      Yeah Kawasaki makes it complicated to get to it. Just like on minja650.

    Just got my z650. Good video! Looking forward to doing it in the future. How many kilometers did you go before air filter change?

      I changed it after 5000 miles u can change that in Killometer because I ride a lot but a believe kawasaki says every 10,000 to 15,000 miles.

    Bonjour. Au moment du démarrage l’arrivée d’essence ne tient pas. Ai je mal remis le clips rouge ou pensez vous qu’il y a trop d’essence qui arrive parce que l’électronique a peut être été débranché malencontreusement ?
    Merci

    The intervals need some adjusting because it's a pain in the arse to get to the air box and spark plugs as there's way too much plastic in the way and they all make use of flimsy push pins and snap fittings. I say this because at the 7500 and 8300 mile mark the filter element was still oily and looked very clean, practically almost brand new despite constant riding in a city environment.

    Hello, may I want to know how to replace spark plugs for Z650. Thank in advance.

    • @rbon2wheels
      @rbon2wheels  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Ok, in order to get to the sparkplug,u have to take of the airfillter housing(black box), and once it's off, then u can access the sparkplug. Good luck. U have to take out the whole housing, not just the cover

    I got a check engine after changing the air filter, how to fix it?

    • @rbon2wheels
      @rbon2wheels  ปีที่แล้ว

      I think you forgot to put back the airflow sensor that is the only reason u got the check light engine.

    Do you need to drain fuel from the tank ?

    • @rbon2wheels
      @rbon2wheels  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      To be on a safe side if but I didn't. As long as u don't have full tank of gas u will be good just make sure before u u disconnect the horses,the gas tank is open to let pressure out.

      When u 1st disconnect horses a from the tank,u will get some drops and it will stop so u need to have some towel to put under before u disconnect the tank but it's not how drop. It will be the gas which was already in the horse line. But make sure u open the gas tank before disconnecting anything so u let the pressure out.
