  • I was introduced to the Blue Zones about 5 years ago. At first I was not into the idea of eating 95% plant-based, 5% animal-based
    But, once I made the switch I felt a huge difference in my energy and ability on the basketball court
    It’s all about eating whole foods and moving naturally, plus wine at 5 😉

    A lot of my siblings are gluten-intolerant (and one has diabetes), so we eat a lot of vegetables in this house. Then again, we also eat a lot of meat.

      Yea! I eat a mixture as well - just a majority of my intake is veggies, beans, grains but I still eat meat ☺️

      @@shelbycheslek1748 My little sister is a major vegan. She even makes her own peanut butter.
