Love the ceiling on this one. Great job. I’d be interested to see how you work drainage into your design/plan as well as varmint exclusion. I did see that one where you did screen under the deck, but what about more invasive rodents?

For drainage here we just needed to make sure the grade was running away from the house…rodents are tough, they will get into almost anything if they really want to

I didn't see any joist hangers at the attachment to the house. Also in my area you wouldn't be attaching a roof to the house for an area that doesn't have 4 ft frost wall or other 4 ft deep support. I'd like to see what it looks like in 10 years.
