Wait. Why have those 4 post thing without any type of top to prevent rain? It looks like pointless post to be there with there is no roof to it on the outside. Doesn't make sense. Is there a glass top on it if it's to see the stars, it'd make sense to put at least a glass top roof that can help protect when it rains, to be able to still be outside and chill.

If this was my house and you’d leave partially demolished concrete stairs and concrete debris under newly built deck, as you show on this video, the same day I’d void your job contract and found another crew… how can you leave such a mess behind?
Did you ever think maybe the house owner opted to do it that way to save cost? The time, labour and cost of dumping would add up real fast

Personally, I wouldn't have that plastic ugly flat roof that looks cheap and doesn't flow with the architecture of the home. Other than that quality work.

As a retired Realtor and Appraiser it looks like the home owners spent more money than they should have. You took a house that looks like the rest of the houses in the neighborhood and made it the best house on the block, so now I doubt it will appraise or sell for anywhere near what was spent on the improvements based on the local comps.
Some people just improve their properties for their own families to live in and enjoy!
