This is a very tasteful interpretation of a classic style. It's not so ridiculously over the top as many other properties that look like a french king just moved out and not even my grandparents would want to live there. Very minimalist, a lot of open space. The modern classic.
The interior finishings are dating the property - lots of wood finishings, and that marble in the ,master screams 2003!!! The architecture is classic Med but that interior is going to make it impossible to sell at that price when compared to others on the market. Prices are descending so this property may sell in the $10M range in the next 6 mths if the seller "is ready to sell". All the BEST to Artur & his team.
