This was a really well done and informative video! I have watched way too many youtube videos on properties and I have to say this video had just the right amount of information, the visual overlays and maps were very well done and helped highlight the points being made. It didn't come off as salesy or over the top, just a solid amount of quality information that left me with an that the presenter was very knowledgeable and of competent about this development.
