I don't think so. The product was proven already ( numbers/sales ). It was just there still a lot of things they need to tell about the wider range potentials (not just for the households) but for different bigger businesses to convince the sharks. I do believed that the sharks really did have regrets when the Woman told about the Hotels. I think it was just them who didn't think about for the hotels and other but only limit it for households only😂😂.
Aside from hotels it can use for those have a lot of showers like Resorts, Sports Arenas (like NBA), Universities/Schools, or even Big Offices/Buildings that have showers.
And that's is why me myself really amazed with this product.

Almost sounded like he was about to jump back in before Daymond cut him off only to get cut off by Mr. Wonderful 😂 They were all over that once they realized the bigger potential (or maybe they were already thinking about it and just not saying anything in the hopes that the couple hadn't thought about it)
All the sharks realised the treasure trove of opportunity the second she mentioned hotels. Even Mark and Sara looked like they wanted to come back in after she said it. The best damn move she could have made.
Mark's little, "good job out there" to the youngest daughter was very heartwarming.

Its a licensing deal. You sleep and those guys do it from financing, manifacturing to distrubting, logistics and marketing the product. Obviously the will give you 5% of it for the license only.
Not only that they said they paid half of the 800k to pay for the first infomercial. Ouch.

This is the main reason why Sharks don't like when a product is in retail.
Retail stores Cooperate Headquarters are backstabbing many entrepreneurs.
The sharks always say, "Keep selling DTC," and don't get into retail.
Ya know, seeing people rip on the sharks for asking for sometimes upwards of 1/5 all the way to the entire ownership of the company, I realize they are the better of some other options. This couple provides a much worse option. With Kevin they are way better off, and I never thought I’d say that just because of how crazy his deals can be sometimes. That being said, he is a good force to have behind you when it comes to MONEY. He realizes by reducing what the current deal is, he allows them to expand even more giving them more headroom, while he still makes extremely good money. So it appears in this situation to be a win-win in my opinion.
