Telepathic, neutral, two breath weapons and smaller sounds like a lesser gem dragon like the pearl, jade and jacinth.

Dang was working on a wood dragon build sheet, but their personality seems to really align with these dragons. I had their hoard basically be their subjects/ the land they choose to protect. They rule as wise philosopher kings until boredom or their subjects no longer need protection/ guidance.

Well the fae have the luxury of perceiving good and evil as just two sides of the same coin and as such merely natural forces because they're wholly isolated from consequences of the dark faes actions on the mortal realm. That's why the whole idea falls apart when it's someone you love who's taken away to be a slave, used in a dark ritual or merely killed for no other reason than the pure enjoyment of it. Honestly to me the more powerful fae are just pompous nobles who are so detached from the dark reality mortals face that it's easy for them to possess such a warped perception of good and evil.

Moonstone dragons are my favourite of the true dragons in D&D. Recently I brought the official young adult moonstone dragon mini and repainted it to have the same silvery iridescence scales scene in the art, though I painted their hair a amethyst colour for more contrast.
If I were a moonstone dragon I'd protect a community of Brigganocks, as they are typically neutral good fey folk.
I'd ask for a portion of the wish stones and other gems they mine in exchange for my protection. Though I'd also accept any art work they'd make for me like figurines and paintings.
In Fiziban's there's a mention of a gluttonous moonstone dragon consuming all the moonlight in a forest making pathways darker. But that wouldn't be an issue for Brigganocks since they have their own light source.

Personally, it would make more sense for the ancestors, the moonstone dragons to be brass dragons

What about a half dog demon half human hybrid? What would they look like if they spent time in that world?

Ashspawn, do you have a favorite type of dragon?

oh that is a really hard question...... in dnd i think the pseudodragon can always be a fun encounter regardless of how you play it.
But when it comes to true dragons i think i use blue dragons the most, their noble personality combined with shear brutality makes them a very clear presence and brilliant villains.
and in all of mythology i think i have to say the lindwyrm, they are a bit underexposed in fantasy if you ask me.
