nissan always makes it hard for people to do it themselves.. I have the same car and a toyota corolla and the toyota doesn't need any tools to remove the cabin filter and it's easier to access it once you remove the glove box.. thanks for the video.. this really helps..
Hi Bro. I have the same Nissan Sylphy but a 2015 model, got it first quarter of 2016. Will changing the cabin filter fix the aircon cooling issue? You see, its just the 2 aircon vents at the driver side that has intermittent cooling & now I noticed air blows weaker (specially the center vent, driver side) than the 2 vents at the passenger side. Passenger vents consistent cooling & Air blows stronger. Have you encountered this issue with your Sylphy? By the way, your blog is very helpful. Keep on blogging Bro!
sorry, I just found this channel and I had the same problem as you when I took my car for it's 60K pms and when I got it back, the middle vents were now pumping out air lower than the side ones so I checked the filter and found that the arrow was poiting forward and not towards you like the video says and when I corrected it(arrow towards the cabin).. I'm getting more or almost the same air on all the vents.. I didn't even have to remove the glove box and just tried it by feeling the little white door..
Anyone what to do with the 3 top thread holes for the glove box the threading is plastic and over time run slack. Bit sure why they made this so foolishly.

I removed the 8 screws still can't take glove compartment out. Why?
