I visited London with my husband 10years ago.And 4years later he died of heart disease.I really would like to visit London with his picture in my pocket someday.
I particularly enjoyed this walk. The autumn sunshine was cheerful and showed the architecture to its best. It was nice to see and hear happy people. Thank you for uploading.
Thanks for doing this! I lived in 15B Ennismore Mews for a year in the 90s (19:28). It was great then too! The tan-brick building on the corner was a nice little pub when I was there. The blue house on the left is 15B (20:20). John Taylor of Duran Duran lived on the Mews too. It is so picturesque that art students would set up by the pub and paint the view of the mews. It is within walking distance of wonderful ethnic restaurants, Hyde Park, and of course Harrods.
Another lovely day in London. I particularly liked the ending when the woman surprises the man on his cellphone with a kiss and his reaction. Thank you for sharing this video with us.
Great walk tour along London's Knightsbridge & South Kensington's Mews, Side St and Thin House. I enjoyed the virtual walk with you. Thanks for sharing.
If anyone here was a fan of 1980s TV, there's a famous filming location in Kensington. Not widely known but it's just off Addison Road and into Oakwood Court. They filmed a scene from the Hammer House of Mystery and Suspense there. The episode was called 'Possession', starring the late great actor Christopher Cazenove and the delightful Carol Lynley who also fairly recently passed away, The internal, as well as the external part of the Oakwood Ct property, was used for the story. It actually hasn't changed much since back in those days, at least, not outwardly, it's still very recognisable. Thanks.
Absolutely loved this one. I do miss being able to come down to London and do one of my camera wanders looking for interesting things. Your videos certainly help the pangs lol. They also gave my husband a lot of enjoyment in his final months. He was originally from London and he found them really interesting, sadly he passed away last month. Keep up the good work and thank you for sharing your walks.
Thank you Karen, I enjoy going on camera wanders too, though I don't get much time for it with filming all of these videos. I'm so sorry for your loss, though it's nice to hear my videos brought your husband some enjoyment. Take care, wishing you all the best!

since I can not travel during covid. your videos have gotten me thru. I was supposed to visit and stay for a extended amount of time this past year. Your videos are wonderful!
For anyone who doesn’t know “‘mews” houses are infact converted stables. Back in the old days of 1700’s etc that’s where you’d park your horses before going into tour house hence why they are always adjacent to grand mansions
Thank you so much for sharing these amazing walking tours around London, for those of us who can't afford traveling at the moment it's a great way to see the city as if we were there.
Thanks for taking me for a walk, I hadn't been out for a while in these trying times. I used to live near there and the "old girl" has scrubbed up well!!!
Awesome! The Knightsbridge is really a perfect place to unwind and visit with your family. If only I can live here forever. Thanks for sharing this wonderful video :)
I was late to seen the updated your videos. That's incredible house and luxury look like, the colors are mixed and matched! Hope when this pandemic over can go there to walking and seeing around as my dream as well 😁 . Very excited to see your another video, stay safe!
I'm back to enjoy another nicely filmed walk with you, good to see the mews and side streets. I'd be quite happy to be wandering there right now. Have you given up the narration in favour of subtitles? I was thinking of narrating an upcoming Oxford walk but might just keep it to subtitles. I wonder if you found the extra effort worthwhile?
Thanks LW. I like the captions as viewers have the choice to turn them on or off, though saying that I may do more narrating again, though I don't find it the easiest thing to do!
And those students halls of residence in Princes Gardens (28:50 according to the time stamp) are available to anyone during most (!) summers at pretty good rates. Looks for Imperial College summer accommodation. I stay their frequently during normal Proms seasons as it's less than 5 mins from the Albert Hall..
That's a good question Tim, I've not really considered that side of things. I can't say I've noticed a drop in watch time since I've started using them.
I hope,I can go to London some day. The place where princes Diana my favourite woman was born and live in that time. Peace be upon you, all the people in London.
