In Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 244 we finally saw as Yuji and Sukuna locked eyes for the first time ever since their battle before this arc began, and everyone has been hyping up Yuji to do great things in this battle considering it’s clear that something is different about him after these few months of training, but in this chapter we’re still sorta left in the dark as to what exactly Yuji can do. When Yuji finally lands infront of Sukuna he hits him with a few punches and Sukuna takes note of it saying that’s… before he’s cut off by Higuruma’s attack, however what’s happening here is anyone’s guess since it doesn’t really seem to actually do anything to Sukuna in that moment. What could possibly be going on is Yuji used a technique on him that needs to be first activated by touching the person, and in this chapter we do get hints that Yuji’s technique could have something to do with Blood Manipulation since he said that Noritoshi Kamo was a way better teacher to him than Choso was since he actually understands how to use his cursed technique. This leaves us really confused since Yuji has new arms which MIGHT be related to blood manipulation in some way despite the fact that they just look like Cursed Arms, but could Yuji’s punches be altering or interacting with the blood inside of Sukuna in some way? For instance maybe everytime Yuji makes contact with his opponent, he directly attacks their BLOOD and not their actual flesh and muscles which they have reinforced with energy. What do you think?

I feel like his technique will be some changed version of sukuna. Gojo said he could inherit his technique so instead of slicing things he’d be able to apply blunt force including putting it on the soul. His arms could be a manifestation of the blood armor Choso a uses and acts as a conduit for the power. He could also just have multiple techniques cause his “mom” had the antigravity thing. I really hope Gege gave this man something worthy of an mc cause he deserves it.

A topic from Yuji back when Todo taught him the black flash was an inherent delay in his punch and cursed energy.
So a big delay is my guess, but an activation requirement isnt far off of that.
That was because it took cursed energy some time to reach his arms from his core. This was fixed by spreading cursed energy throughout his body consistently. Yuji was using cursed energy incorrectly.

With all the talk about souls and the body and twins in the series im thinking sukuna cast off his physical form aka his body in order to gain more strength and yuji is essentially that body that has taken on its own form and soul while sukuna gained a new body that isnt limited like human flesh. Sukuna might reveal it or judge man will and that will be the loophole. Since yuji and sukuna are the same that means Yuji is also guilty. That or sukuna just tore his "good" from him to be completely evil and the good became yuji. He is using Blood Manipulation. Blood Manipulation is differnet per user. He is using Red Scale. He is also using his own abillity we dont know about yet. He did eat the remaining Curse womb death paintings.

Perhaps it's a heightened version of it; he'd probably have all the different blood variants, including corrosive blood, but using blood manipulation, he's altered his arms, giving them special abilities and properties.
So maybe he can infuse blood with cursed energy, granting it properties even the most powerful blood manipulation users don't have. That way, he could alter his body to gain heightened senses, stats, and maybe his altered arms can attack the soul like may have speculated.

The soul was mentioned way too many times in this series for him not to have his CE not be related to it.

It's been show before that the body and soul are in fact part of each other and that the body can act independently of the soul (Toji and Geto were both able to exert control over their bodies despite lacking souls). When Sukuna separated from Yuji, he only transferred his soul to Megumi but what remained of his body was left behind in Yuji (the 15 fingers he ate). My guess is that Yuji still has the power of 15 fingers as well as either an Antigravity or Blood related Technique from his mother or Kenjaku.

IMO it makes a LOT of sense that his ability has something to do with controlling souls, it would explain why he handles sukuna so well and makes mahito a great focus as an enemy to him

I found it interesting that they specifically mentioned the flame cursed technique sukuna used in shibuya and wondered why he wasn’t using it now. I know it doesn’t seem like that would fit right with Yuji, but sukuna was using his body at the time and hasn’t been seen using that technique since. If it’s not Yuji’s then the only other thing I can think of is that Sukuna still has another power, maybe some kind of copy like yuta

I feel like yuji probably gained some form of blood manipulation since gege has said that if yuji was an empty vessel and ate a death painting he could become the vessel for that death painting which would give him its curse technique which is probably likely since what else could Komo teach him that choso couldn’t however I also think that yuji may have unlocked his own ct since we see sukuna physically shake after yuji hit him in a way that didn’t seem like the normal backlash of a punch I have a feeling he might have a gravity technique but unlike his mothers which im assuming was like ururaka’s qurik minus the condition of having to make contact first and instead yuji can increase the gravity of something by making contact with it since it seemed like sukuna got heavier for a second
