      Maybe Raiders Ridge to snakecharmer in Durango, possibly....or maybe just different

      access via skyline ridge

      Raiders is pretty rough as I recall. Haven't ridden in Durango for a few years now... Need to get back.

    We ride this trail regularly for over a decade now and have taken a lot of newbies. You two are very impressive. And James he is sick. He has a nose for the extra credit. props to you guys.

    The universal reaction by EVERY hiker was priceless. Everyone of of them are like, WTF?? hahaha

    • @MrTonka
      @MrTonka 6 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Crash MTB yeah, totally. Just their disbelief that someone, let alone 2 people were riding bikes on a trail that undoubtedly all of them found to be difficult to hike was obvious. LoL

      i thought the whole ride was in tune with everything that was happening that day..., a sense of co-existence if you may... hiker and biker... Nate kept saying thank you the whole time... hahaha.. harmony!

    "Hiking Trails" make for the best technical descents because the flow is not natural because the trail builder's vision didn't include wheels/tires... not that the trails aren't suited to bikes, it's just that mountain bikes didn't exist when many trails were built. The hikers encountered usually seem to question in their minds, "Why are you on my trail?" and often have timid looks of horror.
