As a Mercedes-Benz certified technician, I found out the best way to fill the 722.9 is to screw in the drain plug as soon as you see a couple air pockets start in the stream of the oil instead of waiting until it trickles to the last drop. That helps with shifting significantly and it's extra protection cuz the 722.9 needs it.

I’m eager to know how will Race Start work in this set up?? Also, is it MANDATORY to get a brand new wet clutch? Can’t you just use an used one??

@@defiantc What I mean is when they remove the oil filling tool you will see how the oil will start draining while the car is running until it stops draining, when you see the first hiccup or break in the oil stream that’s when you put the drain plug in. And yes it is mandatory to replace the wet clutch due to the materials and if the transmission wasn’t serviced properly.
