    I started my walk challenge over beginning 1 May and today is day 14. I see my endurance is increasing!

    Thanks for sharing about your journey, Angie! I’ve been working out pretty intensely for the past 3 months, but I think it was too much for the current weight I’m at. I’ve just shifted into focusing on daily walking instead (with a couple sessions with weights each week). I think this is a more sustainable approach for me. I love to see stories like yours. Thanks so much!

    Hey Angie, glad I found your channel, I started a 30 day walk challenge and I was looking for inspiration. I like what you shared, I am only on day 4 and I am planning to incorporate a proper diet on week 2 to not stress myself too much. Well done and congratulations on your results and on completing this challenge. With ageing, building strong muscles and bones is vital.

    I’m on day 5 of walking for 1hour and eating 1200 calories using my fitness pal plus drinking 2 ltrs water per day I just hope I can finish it 😂

    Good girl. I just upped my steps. Thus week I'm up to 20000 steps a day. Takes time, but I'm not working ft, so I can manage it. Great video 😊

      Thanks! Yes I have. There are some really good indoor walking videos. I list my favorites in a video.

      I do try indoors walking especially when it's rainy or bad weather but there is just this beauty of walking out and feeling the freshness etc. I feel really good . Thanks for updates
