I’ve just shifted into focusing on daily walking instead (with a couple sessions with weights each week). I think this is a more sustainable approach for me. I love to see stories like yours. I like what you shared, I am only on day 4 and I am planning to incorporate a proper diet on week 2 to not stress myself too much. Well done and congratulations on your results and on completing this challenge. With ageing, building strong muscles and bones is vital.

I do try indoors walking especially when it's rainy or bad weather but there is just this beauty of walking out and feeling the freshness etc. I feel really good . Thanks for updates

I’m on day 5 of walking for 1hour and eating 1200 calories using my fitness pal plus drinking 2 ltrs water per day I just hope I can finish it 😂

Good girl. I just upped my steps. Thus week I'm up to 20000 steps a day. Takes time, but I'm not working ft, so I can manage it. Great video 😊
