Hi Angie! - I eat keto, so I gotta have my avocado. I make an ‘electrolyte cocktail’ daily: 31 oz water, 2 Tbs ACV, 1 oz fresh lemon juice, 1tsp minced ginger, 2 tsp potassium chloride & 1/4 tsp Morton’s Iodized sea salt. (I drink a total of 1 gallon of 💦water daily.) I fast MWF & eat a keto diet. At age 61 and a lifetime of obesity, I’ve lost 118 lbs and I’m 17 lbs from my goal weight of 135lbs . I’ll have to check out my local WF for sale items. Do you eat sauerkraut for your gut health? Have you considered red light therapy for your skin? I’m trying to get outside daily, if not I workout inside THANKS Angie 😊❤❤❤
