    Am I putting too much baking or less the roti while cooking only bubbles raise on it

      That means u adding too much baking powder, and it could be the flour u are using too , let the dough rest a little longer when u kneed it

    Hi Ash not roti flour . Is some boil rice you add a little to your flour . This roti you don’t clap . It’s like cassava roti
