Thank you Candy for all of your delicious recipes. My mother and sister were experts at making roti and Pattie’s. I never learnt it from them and they have passed on. Now I am sitting at your feet and I am enjoying your instructions. You are such a great cook. I was happy to see your face also on the other recipes.

I've seen so many paratha recipes but this one is so simple. I especially liked the shaking in the bowl. Now I will save my money and stop purchasing paratha roti. Thank you. Great job!

Made your beef patty recipe and loved it, so I froze some of the pastry to make cheese roll . The beef stew is on the menu for tomorrow , now I have to do the roti also😍 . Since I can eat roti on its own , hot or even right out of the fridge , I just grab and go. Love your channel for taking me back 40 odd yrs ago ,reminding me of certain things that I totally forgot about

Hey Cuz, we watch all of your videos on television, and of course, I don't remember to leave a comment. The truth is because of my schedule I don't get much time to even leave a comment, but we are always watching and are very proud of your successes, and your bright and prosperous future. Mom has been making roti since she was a child and she is impressed with how this turned out. Sending you good vibes, always. Peace.

No measurements because different types of flour absorbs different so you add water alittle at a time until a soft dough is formed.

All of them do, you have to reheat it in the microwave for it to revert back to normal texture. And keep it wrapped up in a kitchen towel.

That's your preference. Brown causes it to get hard quick, I don't like that, like mine soft.
