Yo man cool tips, id lile to add some tho, theres sometimes supply on crates around the map, mostly the capture point ones. Atleast in the modern call to arms, where you can find at weapons inside ammo points. Also your engineer trucks are FILLED WITH MINES which means you can open them to get handmade mine engineers in missions where you dont get any!
I haven’t seen that in Ostfront conquest campaign. But I will look now. Thx.
Stealing enemy assets is a good one. It helped me in my German conquest playthrough against the US. My early game Panzers all sucked vs the Shermans so I resorted to commandeering said Shermans.

Stocking ammo and weapons in a truck is the worst thing for me to do, because if it gets destroyed, then all of that is gone

Not that I’m aware of, it may be a thing but I am not tracking anything other than the stats in the individual unit/man panel.

Make sure it has fuel
Use the box at bottom right and click on engine icon
Also make sure engine is not damaged
Good tips, until you realize thats just too much micro and a complete waste of time unless you're going for an RP campaign

Turn up the difficulty and turn on realistic combat mode (I forgor the name) it will no longer be a waste of time

I tried to get into this game but it's wayyyy too much micromanaging. My friend said it was like close combat, and I sorely regret believing him because it's literally the opposite.
