This is a very interesting challenge but, boy oh boy, that diet is what nightmares are made of. Seeing this video endorses my opinion about the importance and usefulness of a small kitchen garden; being able to go outside and pick a cucumber, tomato, sweet pepper, eggplant, hot pepper and fresh herbs from plants that can grow easily on a fence and in a few pots - FREE!
You know what's a good idea, doing a vlog on what's the minimum it would cost to eat comfortably and healthy for a month. Like full meals etc. Great content btw!
Great 1 dont forget any free stuff and samples 2 avoid distractions like treats 3 dont neglect deals i e by one get another free . At the same time watch your health . As always thank you .
$400 is doable. I did it as a usc student in st augustine for 3 years (graduated last year) and I'm not talking ramen and junk food but pretty nutritious food. One of my tricks was to buy in bulk with other persons and no meat but lots of peas, beans and veggies.
Love the videos bro . I have an idea for you , how about you do a fuel economy challenge ( I think from all the snippets I saw you have a hybrid Toyota - maybe aqua ) how about you full your tank and also keep a bottle of gas in the trunk (so you can run it low ) - reset your trip meter and set sail . See how far you can go around Trinidad. What do you think ?
Lol thanks bro and yeah I do have an aqua and I already know what the car is capable off…I get 650-700 km on a full tank, I service it every 8000km, as I realized it would drop to 550-600km when it’s close to service time

Great video, Rajeev! You could soak the beans before you go to work, and cook it the night before, as well as the rice, and assemble the lunch kit in the morning. It is really hard, cooking in the morning. Vienna sausage is not a bargain. You look like you lost weight over the last few months. I wish I could say the same for me. XD

Beautiful video is nice to eat stuff like this we all go through hard times. But it is good not to spend money sometimes because most of us have groceries in our homes and we waste money to buy food outside, so it's nice to cook
31 days × 3 meals per day = 93 meals in $400. Roughly $4.25 per meal. Right off the bat the man needs to cook because not even a doubles cost so little. A balanced meal should have proteins, carbs, vegetables/fruit and little bit of healthy oils.. I look forward to this challenge.❤ (Starts playing mission impossible music...)😮😅
Wait nah... de man skip dinner!! I would get gas pain.. This is an interesting weight loss diet...just be careful about your health luv. Tip..the less processed a food is the cheaper it is.
Ramen and dixee specials might barely fit the $4.25. Peanut butter stretches. Avoid canned foods.. stick to plastic packages or go to the market. Vegetable protein (nuts, peas, beans, seeds) tends to be cheaper and more fulling. Boil some corn too
So you dan purchase viena susages, and rices with chopped single veggies and make a simple fried rice. With kentils.e,g one carrot ,one sweet pepper etc
Yup, well it depends on the grocery, but most of those items doesn’t come loose but in packs, thus a higher price, but it’s possible as well had I done a market run
