    Love this project. And I like your hair this way too! I love it when you do tutorials, and I wish you would do more of them. Some of the other people who do them for JTV , I don’t care for much. But you, we love!

    I am new to making jewelry...after 4 months of self-taught and ruining some materials lol, I just fell upon your videos. OMG...love how you explain yourself and the tutorials are clear and concise.
    Thank you! Cheers from Montreal Canada.

    I love how easy it is! And you can easily add a wrapped cabochon or pendant. Thank you!

    Love it! I have lots of great leather kits from JTV, and do a lot of bracelets and necklaces, but this is a great idea to bring leather into earrings and pendants as well. Thanks for this!

    What is the difference between GS Hypocement and E6000?

    • @JewelSchool
      @JewelSchool  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Here is an opinion from our expert jewelry maker and artistd Laura Graham: "No big difference as far as quality. Both are flexible when cure. Hypocement cures in 10 min, e6000 in 20. Hypocement is better for precision but e6000 does have precision tips but they are messy and annoying. Also, e6000 is thicker than hypo cement so it doesn’t pull into crimp beads or bead holes like hypo cement does." Hope this helps!

    What can you use if you don’t have quick links

    • @JewelSchool
      @JewelSchool  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      You can make your own with a heavier wire and a large wrap n tap plier or anything that is large and round, like a nylon drum. Once you have made your circle, leave enough excess wire to wrap around and make a bale. Then wrap your leather. Check out this video from Alicia on how to make a basic hoop with a bale! th-cam.com/video/dn6dn5mK4ho/w-d-xo.html
