I love how Teddie sort of foreshadows the true boss of this 'final' level. He never really says that he smells Adachi, claiming that his scent was obscured by fog, and after going super-saiyan, just that he smells a 'whopper', never referring to Adachi directly. Both of which can be connected to one of the true culprits behind the fog, Ameno-Sagiri, whom we can assume has already sort of possessed Adachi at this point.
So because Yosuke marked his territory over several months ago, the team was able to track down Adachi. ... Somehow I can imagine if the comic continued, that would have been a joke.
When I played P4G the first time, I was about thirty/forty hours into it, I had Adachi's S-Link at like 2-3, so practically at the beginning of the game, and I really liked him as a character (I thought he was the classic dumb detective comic relief, you know, things like that) and the funny thing is that at a certain point I said to my sister who was watching me playing: "can you imagine if in reality he is the serial killer? haha that would be awesome!". That is, I said it as a joke, and instead I got it right involuntarily! lol

In the case of Saki, it seemed as though he was consumed at that point with the anger directed toward Namatame and since he was under the impression that this girl was under his thumb too, she was just as bad as Mayumi. After that it clearly just became a domination complex where he got his kicks from knowing he’s “pulling the strings”.

He approached her initially because he saw her on the Midnight Channel, and the rumor back then was that the person who you see on that channel is your soulmate, so when he realized that his "soulmate" was Yamano, he got upset and lashed out because his "soulmate" was a woman who was in an affair with a married man. He wasn't pissed at her because she wouldn't have sex with him, rather, he was pissed because he realized Yamano was in an affair, and thus labeled her as a gold digger (not knowing that Yamano and Namatame did in fact genuinely love each other).

What did act as a the main plot twist was the players role in the game. That was so original.
It's more than that, he never got credit and appreciation for his hard work. He sacrificed so much many Japanese men do to get good job and life. My friend father was the same way he was serious about education except it paid off for him, he didn't find anyone until his late 30s. However he was financially fit, House and became a high paying architect. Adachi was a studious person who believed that his hard work and sacrifice pays off but life ofc doesn't always reward good deeds, hard work and effort.

Imagine if they make another port for Persona 4 and you can select yourself as a girl character like in Persona 3 Portable, and you can actually have a "Lover"(IF POSSIBLE) Social Link with Adachi, and depending on your choices you can have the accomplice ending like in Golden or Have Adachi turn himself in...or something...

Phillip Johnny Bosh is amazing as Adachi, especially flowing off from playing Lelouch on Code Geass, I can hardly see a difference.
