I love watching your cooking videos Win. I always boil my okra and bitter ball separately to avoid it mashing in the soup. But it makes sense to boil it with the soup like you did so it gets the soup flavor too. Thanks for sharing.
Good to see you back, chef. Have you done a video on how to make fufu? I used to make it for my son, who is half Nigerian, and I used Bisquick or Masa. What do you use? TFS
