Old Fashioned Homemade Fudge

This is a recipe I have perfect over years of cooking. Chocolate Fudge is a must have during our holiday celebrations! Whether it is Thanksgiving or Christmas, I am expected to provide the Fudge candy. This is an all-time favorite for all ages. This recipe can be made with or without nuts. I use Pecans or Walnuts for the best flavors. This is the old-timey cooked fudge using cocoa, sugar and corn syrup that you remember your granny making, not the quick store bought kind.
