Wow! The Aussies are just knocking it out of the park! Another incredible result. Not sure how Patrick is involved with the other designer but he is very personable and every project it seems he shows you is fantastic.
I might be wrong but I think Patrick was the first certified aquascape contractor in Australia and hes also the main distributer for all the down under CACs

Another beautiful pool, in a beautiful setting... our Aussie landscape and our Kookaburras are the best, wouldn't want to live anywhere else. Looks like you really enjoyed your time here! 🦘

How do you prevent bad bacteria that wont kill plants or injure animals and also how do you prevent leaking and tearing from the tarp?
In five years time will algae be a problem? Will the water be a bit more green etc.? Hoping to do something similar in SE Arizona.
Algae becomes less of a problem over time. In the first 2 years it is a challenge because of the new stones. As plants establish themselves the nutrients are drawn out of the water and starve the algae.
You are in NSW can you tell me for certain that it does not need a fence

It can have an effect, we recommend reef-safe sunscreen.
Sir. Greg i see the lagoon style of swimming pond the Montagem de uma piscina natural ECOSYS this is like our ENCHANTED RIVER in PH I wish that i see this in your future project but less filtration and small scale project.

How do you keep the mosquitos out of the wetland portion of the water?
There's a balanced ecosystem in place, meaning the mosquitoes are kept at bay by predators( i.e.. dragonflies etc.)

So are there microscopic living organisms in the pond?
Yes, they make up an important part of a healthy ecosystem.
How do you avoid that your natural pond doesn't become a breeding ground for mosquitos?
The water is constantly moving so no issue, however, I also keep Firetail Gudgeons in the pond which feed on mosquito larvae.
I can't say I love the wide angle lens; too much distortion.

That’s the problem with a natural pond in Australia. Eventually the local wildlife (most of which wants to kill you) will try to inhabit said pond!
The only local wildlife that has enjoyed hanging out in the pond are the Australian Wood Ducks. They’re quite friendly.

I just speed it up to 1.5 and it makes it easier to suffer. You don't miss out on any content.
Audio on this is painful. So quiet and then so loud. Get a better microphone.
Get a better attitude.. such a wonderful supportive, comment section.. (which is rare these days) and you had to be the one person bitchin about the audio
