Yea but I don't feel the delay and toggling between the two was about the same. I think there's something Daniel Owens mentioned about the newer hard to run games where they were having a hard time and turning on FG with a base framerate lower than 60 was a worse feeling experience. I wonder if it's the Gsync/Freesync on the monitor working well or if I there is a negligible difference because of any additional delay with my wireless mouse. All I can say is they are all smooth
I’m not feeling it man. I did when all this was new and on my lower set up but I can honestly say it feels the same, even though I prefer native performance I can’t tell the difference on my desktops. Hopefully I can get another 20-40 FPS out of my set ups with the 9800X3D though. That’s going to be an interesting chip to run with.
@@FIVESTRZ the issue for me is i felt bullets not registering more when id track and i felt input delay on my keyboard inputs. That being said I use a wooting 60he with 0.1mm actuation so I am a lot more sensitive to input delay while also using a 4k polling zowie s2-dw mouse.
Yea but everyone is complaining about the 20 tick rate servers to the point where folks are saying it must be skill based hit reg lol. Crazy that their servers are so low but hey. Apparently MW 2019 launched this low and they eventually patched it up and upgraded
G502X Plus using the lightspeed adapter. I'm decent at FPS games but like I mentioned I don't really feel a delay that is like "oh man, this is unplayable" or messing with my aim. The servers on BO6 are worse than the settings

I’m sure you tried to check your windows version and everything like that right? When I was in the Windows 11 preview, things were pretty bad but over time it improved and then was recognized by most apps and launchers
@@FIVESTRZ FYI you will get better performance using 1:1 by using G.Skill Trident Z5 6000Mhz CL28. The lower the ram latency the better the performance. You can get the same performance using 6400Mhz CL30.
When I tested it, the results were negligable. Back in August when the BIOS update came out where you could actually use past 6400MT, Beefy Tech when he was still uploading made a banger finding that in most cases the higher speed tuned RAM was faster. Lastly on the M-Die I am using I can't tune as tight as A-DIe without a ton of extra time in BIOS and I am past that these days. Just wanna play and call a day.

Frame generation on some sections but when it's off then Render worker count being set to 7, tuning RAM timings a bit, and everything else MVP put in the bullet list below.
Second video I’ve watched of this gpu on bo6 where I see the screen lag at times almost like things are moving in slow motion for just a second here and there. This is why I have to stick with Nvidia. I’d love to switch, but I experienced it myself and returned the gpu and it seems nothing has changed.

In all honesty, have you felt or seen even the slightest bit of frame lag, skips, or freezes? Also, do u have any experience on Nvidia gpu’s? And if so, do u notice any difference in registration/input latency between the two? With my 3080 12gb and 7800x3d I’ve had zero graphical/visual issues. Obviously crashes happen, but that’s the game and not the gpu.
@ I’ve felt hiccups occasionally - like once every 2-3 nights there will be something. Overall smoothness is right on point for this game. I tried to offer AMD to one of my best friends and he got a dud off rip. Crashing doesn’t happen on any of my systems and yes, I have had a few Nvidia GPUs

I have an issue. I own also a 7900XTX & 7800x3d. I get abnormal performance in about 5 maps of black ops 6. When I move to certain part of the map, my GPU usage drops from 95% or 99% to 60% which results my fps to also drops from 400-450fps to 150-180. It’s not a 7800x3d bottleneck, when this happens cpu usage is at 40%. I don’t think I ever had this problem in mw3 or mw2019. I tried to disable ULPS but it did not fixed it
Wonder if it's just a straight up stutter, that's happened to me a couple of times where the game just stutters for a second and then continues but wrecks the lows, even with frame generation on. Could be the CPU, GPU, or the engine but my money is that it is on the CPU because the Intel/Nvidia rig I have doesn't have that issue
It’s not stutters. It’s exactly when I get at the same parts of the map that I face this issue. One of the map where it’s the most noticeable is rewind. I have 180fps in half of the map and 450fps in the other part in native 1080 low

Why do games look really bad in 2024 like these cards should be pushing games that are insanely realistic by now. Why havent we progressed as much as we did from the early 2000s to 2016.
Upscaling is a thing that devs lean on, the other piece is making games that will fundamentally run on PS4, GTX 970s, RTX 2060s, and the whole line up in between. There are some games that don't really look good but are struggling on performance and don't run with older cards except at minimum settings
@@FIVESTRZ frame gen looks good on paper... be in reality its no good... especially for FPS... you want native raw performance... that will never change.. I own the sapphire nitro+ 7900xtx... it is a beast of a card... but there is no need in frame gen on this game, it doesn't need it
i wouldnt use fg esp since it gives you almost double the fps... even though i never felt any delay in other games, but in a competitive game i would stick with real frames only.
Yea with my monitor and set up I don't feel the delay either. I am wondering if it's because the mouse and keyboard are both wireless and that short delay is offset. Using controller I for sure don't see/feel a difference

I don't use the driver to do it, everything in adrenaline is set to off, I made a video correcting the original Extreme preset upload a few days ago. I show you where and how to turn it off, for your CPU I would try a render worker count of 5 and see if that helps. If you were a friend I would have steered you away from the 7900X3D and up to the 7950X3D or down to the 7800X3D because there are only 6 3D Vcache cores on that chip

Not with the 7800X3D, i have it paired with the 14900KS and 1080P was 424+. in game benchmark and 1440P was up in the 370s range. I may do that run tonight since the Nvidia cards have the Frame Generation toggle showing

I refuse to turn upscalers and FG on a $1200 GPU. I struggle to maintain an average of 150fps with this GPU on native 1440p on this game. The optimization is dog water.
MP shouldn't really be impacted. Maybe watch the performance tips video I dropped. Unless you're on Ultrawide you should be getting more performance (unless this FPS issue impacts MP now)

I have rtx 4080 super and cpu i9 14900k with 32 gb 6400 mghz ram with 1440p very low setting i just get 140-180 fps and in nucktown i just get 120-150 fpa i dont know why !!!
Zooming through frames.. I don't feel any delay but many comments have come through talking about the delay they feel.
only delay for me is when I shoot after sliding. it isnt as fast as mw3

The issue with fsr and dlss in fps games is the input lag it causes. For single player games its great but sadly not for competitive games :-/

You're sure it's not a CPU bottleneck because for the in game benchmark the hotel lobby bottleneck is viscous.
Other people had the same issue on my reddit post. It stops when REBAR/SAM is turned off but I loose about 30% fps

I want an OLED 1440p 360hz monitor, would a 7900xt gpu with ryzen 7 7800x3d give me 360fps on HIGH settings in either MW3 or black ops 6?

u would need a 4090 for that demand without frame generation. But even so on high settings I doubt you're getting 360 average/consistently

would more than likely be slightly better, so long as your RAM and SSD are good
I think at high settings the 4090 combo will pull away but at minimal settings or with frame generation the XTX takes the cake.

I havé same problems with 7900xtx
I turn rebar on Off and that run better
Frames generation=so much latency
Frames gen is fake fps
@@ananmatai correct, also, I don’t feel the latency and cannot tell without some kind of counter telling me.
