Okay, so I have a question for those in Turkey. What does a Yellow, Red and Black Alert mean? I'm confused. Is it in terms of an attack, or like weather related?

Yellow warning literally means pre-attack warning. An air raid attack may be POSSIBLE, not IMMINENT. So when you hear that signal except November 10th 09:05 AM, you should prepare for sheltering and getting supplies before Attack Warning Red. (Red alert)
Red alert is IMMINENT air raid attack warning. I don't know if red alert is used for nuclear attack warnings, but it should.
Black alert is about chemical, biological, radiological and/or nuclear hazard(s), so yeah you are doomed if you hear black alert.
