The regular handle bars with regular brake-systems both front & back are very simple...the Old "U" type with plunger rod/plunger screw adjuster ... Easy to operate...the brake rubbers are also very effective ones...easy to repair /replace.... Low servicing cost... not like the new models where you might have to change the full assembly....

It isn't smaller. The frame height is just a bit shorter. All the other specs like the wheels and handlebars are the same.
