Great idea, the only flaw is the user non-removable battery, I understand it can make the frame stiffer, but it's easier and more convenient to find a place near the socket for the charger+battery than the whole bike. Another questionable thing is the key. Why is it not solved in a 21st century way using BLE, NFC, RFID or fingerprint?
The tubeless wheels on the bikes are perfectly fine. In 99% of cases it's more comfortable. I'm not sure for this size, but there are inserts available on the market for more protection, just search for example: Cushcore , Tannus Armour , Huck Norris ,Panzer inserts….
