Mexican residents MUST check-in with immigration (INM) when leaving or entering Mexico

Just gone to CDMX, the kiosk in T1 is after security. After standing in line for 30 minutes to check in, they told me that I didn't need to present there and the lady at INM said the only thing I need to do is get the stamp from her

I leave mexico come to Pakistan they not stamps any exit in my passport i have temporary resident card if i return back mexico any problem that i face.. guide me
