    Take a jacket, sweater even at Summer time. This terminal is coldddd all year long. WINGS😝! Go inside the NH1 hotel and eat there. If you have to wait a long time wait there also. There are comfortable couches seats etc. Better than being at the terminal for sure.

    Mark thxs for this info. Going to a crowded airport can be chaotic. Glad it was a light day for video taping.

    Gracias! I’ll be flying from GDL to Incheon, South Korea in April, and this is my connecting layover. Never been here, and this is super helpful! Just subscribed, plus hit the All notifications bell. Good info here.

    Once again, thanks Mark for your info on the Mexico City airport terminal.! Since I use a credit union credit card, it's good to know that I can use the Banamex atm. Also, good info for places to eat and what's on the bottom floor of the terminal.

    Fantastic video. Been thru the terminal before, but usually immediately from immigration to departure gate. I needed to know where the Izzzleep location was, as it doesn't show on the airport maps i could find. Wouldn't have thought to look in the bus station.

    Hi, I can't find the video you mention about more information on the izzzleep pods. Can you tell me what it's called? We have a long layover coming internationally...would we just exit immagration, turn right, head towards the bus area and then can find it easily enough? Even very late at night?

    How long would you say it would take to get from arrivals through to departure gates for a connecting flight? I'll be coming from Merida, MX arriving and departing for the US Las Vegas. Is 45mins enough if no checked baggage?

    • @VolunteeringinMexico
      @VolunteeringinMexico  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      hmmmmm maybe its all a gamble really but it should if going from Mex to USA just tell them you have a connexion as soon as you land. usually its slow coming from the states to Mexico

    Hi Mark. Great video. What is the best gate number for someone to wait for me on this ground floor for arrivals? And the closest number gate on this floor after passing through customs? I have people picking me up and would like to tell them which gate number to pick me up at. Thanks

    I will be landing at terminal 2, where do I wait for Uber? Are they allowed in this airport?

    • @VolunteeringinMexico
      @VolunteeringinMexico  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I would use the Uber app to see where they pick up ahead of time before my trip. And here is the Uber Mexico site www.uber.com/global/en/airports/mex/

    Hello Mark, what is the different between the bank ATM and the other place to change money?

    • @VolunteeringinMexico
      @VolunteeringinMexico  5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      a better rate is all usually you get more out of the atm, for example, today at Bancomer the dollar is 19.17 pesos, at Travelex in Atlanta airport its 17.10 pesos and the Mexico city airport ones are usually the same as Travelex. I looked this up at the time of writing this.

    • @carewithcompassion280
      @carewithcompassion280 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      . hello again.... is this the percentage they charge per mexican 1 dollar? Sorry im a little confused.....

    • @VolunteeringinMexico
      @VolunteeringinMexico  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      charlene sanders so at the bank for every US dollar you would get 19.17 pesos so 100 dollars would get you 1917 pesos at the exchange house you would get 17.10 pesos for each US dollar so 100 dollars would get you 1710 pesos there. this changes day by day in accordance to the currency value.
