It really is, It really is, Montebello Di Bertona, Farindola and the cities around the area have some of the best views here! Gran Sasso is very close and it's stunning in every season. I hope to do some videos in the Autumn as well!
I love this beautiful home, it is perfect for someone who wants to garden and keep animals, yet doesn't want to be isolated in the mountains. It is charmingly livable as it is and even has the perfect "mother-in-law" apartment ready for grandmom!.
Wonderful property, I like this one very much. You could live on one floor and do up the other then move up or down and do the next. Gorgeous views, especially the upper home. Would be a great AB&B. So much land, with a little some proper fencing and gates would be beautiful. Great for chickens and goats and growing your own food. I love all the possibilities. Thank you for finding all these amazing properties.
I agree absolutely, I think the owner needed fenced gates put like that for his reasons but can be laid out in a different and more logical way. This property is really properly priced!

Così è possibile vivere in una bella natura. Poiché la casa non è in città ma invece in campagnia è bello avere dei vicini non troppo lontano.😎😎😎😎
Nice property. Well kept. From my view, a little close to neighbors and the main street. Torn between a detached house with land and privacy or an apartment in a historical downtown.

Enjoyed the tour, and think the house and land have been set up very nicely for enjoying nature and growing food! Keeping chickens is wonderful, too (we used to do that here - yummy, healthy eggs!!). Thank you! Don’t remember if I’ve mentioned this before, or not, but really appreciate your slow pans / movements with the camera, and also your logical approach to walking around the properties while covering verbally what we are seeing. You make it easy to understand the property lay-out, and its highlights. That big 11:55 wood-fired oven looked very interesting, too! Not familiar with that type. For the oven, I think it's one of those were you put wood below and then it warms up the upper part. Also I love Montebello, such a beautiful area! Thanks for commenting.
Gorgeous, I'd love to live in the countryside ❤️ . But I heard residents can not buy cars ??? What if I ship 🚢 my car 2 Italy or buy one in EU somewhere and just drive to my new countryside home. Not understanding 😕 why residents of Italy can't buy a car . Update if you know please 🙏
@OneStopAbruzzo not weird lolol 😅. Alot of us Americans, Canadians ex-pats, UK ppl all wonder about taxes, utilities for residents is higher than ppl that are citizens of Italy. Also , taxes, how many different taxes on paying for home , on different areas/towns of Italy based on population 🤔. You be great at explaining all the ins/outs of getting a residency program of Italy. All those dream houses on ytube , then omg taxes, rules, regulations, you would be awesome at explaining all the nots-sofun stuff ppl need to know before selling off everything we own and run 🏃♀️ to Italy 🇮🇹 ❤️😊

Indeed! The house is pretty cheap so on the plus side a quick upgrade of the Kitchen might be in order :)

Esatto, il terreno è tutto utilizzabile, infatti il proprietario ha creato delle piccole zone con coltivazioni diverse, molto carino!
