It seems like every 10 or 15 years there is a major problem with US financial institutions that require a bailout by the government, i.e. taxpayers.
Why don't we elect people to Congress with the same sound reasoning and sober minds? They didn't tap dance around to duck and dodge the question. They each gave answers that made sense.

I'm not sure if her closing comment about cynicism was meant to be dismissive or not of Scott's statement but he's 100% right. If you disagree and think these decisions aren't being made for profit and self interest, I can't help but pity your view of the world.

As of this year 64 percent of the Russell 3000 company are losing money should we pull are money out of these companies before you answer think about that
