Every time I watch you in the mud rain and snow it brings back bad memories to me of working in those conditions. I can feel the effects while I watch. Keep going Warren.
That is just sad about that 9620T, really shows the mess we are in, can’t even get a good reman engine, anyone thinking about going with a reman should watch the 9620T series, Look forward to the rebuild, Thanks for sharing 👍
Hey Warren, some great troubleshooting there on those jobs. The only thing I might have done differently is push the tractor a little farther in the shelter so you wouldn’t have to lay in the mud. Cute puppy you got there. He must miss being right next to you. Thanks much for the Sunday video. Much appreciated!
Hi Warren, another great video. We have a fleet of Deere 5620's No transfer pumps on them , they rely on the vane pump on the injection pump to pull fuel, the cab models came with an electric transfer pump. And yes it's a dumb idea.
It’s usually not the coil, it’s the temp sensor in the water manifold just above the pump. Unplug it and the fuse will hold. That 5410 obviously hasn’t been washed enough to screw up the fuse holders yet. Clean tractors on a farm have corroded fuses! 20 series was the same but 25 series the geniuses
Trust me buddy I have noticed in my older age I tend to try to find easy way .but other day sucked had to install a heating system under house and retrofit duct work believe it or not works awsome I'm still hurting from being in small sardines area 😂
The 5-10 series are notorious for the ect sensor killing the tractor. Have done several that the tractor was parked running fine then would no start. I usually unplug those right off and see on a crank no start issue
Juan deere…. Fuckin funny man. Perfect. Chinese and Mexican junk is killing everything . I work in construction, and the influence of garbage is strong from top to bottom and sideways. Has me screaming, spitting, and cussing everyday
I have a 5410 and think it is gravity fed. I know when you change the fuel filter you better have the tank full or it is impossible to get the air out and reprimed.
Looks like Warren has another doggie to ride shotgun with him. Has he still got Duke? or is Duke too old to ride about with him. Warren has a heart of gold as far as doggies are concerned, people not so much, LoL. Warren is an all round good guy.
Awesome job. Tough working conditions. Hey Warren, when corporate put the pressure or whatever they did to my once favorite stand alone John Deere dealer, he committed suicide. I hate saying much about it as that is horrible. A multi dealer corporation took over and it was just not good from then on. All the former employees lost their jobs permanently. They lost me as a longtime customer.
Same thing here, they have monopolized their tractor sales because they eliminated dealer competition, and they have tried to monopolize their service with their proprietary approach to software on their newer tractors. I personally hope they go broke.
Man that pile of junk 9620T needs an engine again? Wow, just goes to show the lack of quality workmanship in remanufactured engines. If that's the same tractor you put at least 2 engines in before I remember how much trouble it gave you. The engines you rebuild seem to hold up, but that's because of your attention to detail and making sure everything is done right. I feel bad for the owner of that 9620T. Sounds like it's cost him a small fortune.

Everything made after 2020 is complete trash! From engines to batteries!
Warren, when I see you working in those weather conditions I have to put on a sweat shirt and I'm IN my house!

Warren, the Temp Sensor failure is a common problem on those JD tractors.
Hey Warren. Kindest regards,Bill 🇨🇦🇨🇦
Thank you.
That would have taken Jaun Deer 2 weeks to figure out..........!
I remember Enloe from when I worked for Steve's Pumps 30 years ago.
They have been around along time. One of their relatives Thaya was my teacher in highschool.
It’s usually not the coil, it’s the temp sensor in the water manifold just above the pump.

Yep, go to the tavern for an hour or 2 leave your lady in the front and your doģ in the back and just see which one is most happy to see you return.
1:05 Interesting, I hope you video the progress on this. I seem to remember your wife had a good name for this tractor.

Not too many of those around here, usually a 6 series is the smallest I see.

The weather looks quite miserable there Warren
I worked on a 5410 about 10 years ago I believe it was the exact same problem, If my memory serves me correct.
Looks like Warren has another doggie to ride shotgun with him.

He's retired.

Sounded like the belts started squealing when you disconnected the jump box?
I carry a bag of resettable fuses makes testing easier and cheaper.
