I have wrenched and fabricated for years before retiring and a couple words of advice if you read the comments after a few hours
Driveline U-Joint angles should never excede 12 degrees, and if you mount a radiator with the hoses pointed down , you will need a port to bleed the air out or have a guaranteed overheat,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, Thanks for helping me remember why I was happy to retire,,,,,
Keep it up and make more folks happy seeing that someone else is getting tough jobs done

The only issue I foresee is assess ability of stuff underneath. Design for maintenance in the future. Would the radiator be in the way?

I believe that figuring things out is more work than the actual build in cases like the custom work your into now, but when I find myself in such situations like your in now that in the long run, it was actually the fun part of the project. Looking forward to seeing how you work it out, thanks for the update, enjoying watching the build.

Louver it like you said Warren, then a fine mesh screen to keep hay out in case he launches bales over mast and cab. You are there. Pretty amazing work and these retro’s you’ve done are going to hold their value for their owners.

Ah hell you’ll get it son you are getting closer 😅 the pump there I never went over 20 degrees it wouldn’t keep U-joints or front pump bearing! But that was my experience . As always it’s fun watching you on the struggle BUS MOTOR 😂😂😂 thanks for entertainment and learning classes Warren

HI, friend. It is always good to see you if I had a truck and wanted any problem fixed by a good mechanic I would come to you because your the best I've seen. you know what's wrong and would fix it correctly. if I lived on the other side of the U.S. I would find a way to get it to you to deal with. like all your videos. john. Another Great Video, Warren. Can you reverse the fan easily. Would be great for blowing chaff out of the coolers. That is a huge job that no matter how much time you spend making it perfect, the customer will think it’s too expensive. Doing nice electrical is often overlooked when done properly and a pain when boogered together. Thanks again.

Warren have a look at the ports on the hydraulic motor for the fan. Weather drive is on top of on below tells the direction of rotation. You could charge with air also for direction. Best of luck as conversions are always a pain but enjoyable to do

I agree with the problem of drilling holes. Amazon sells small drill bits in sets of 12 of each size for $13. Small drill bits are just too hard to try and sharpen. Larger sizes I sharpen.
Trying to drills holes in steel where we've welded is more difficult since it's heat treated after the weld.
Regarding how long things take to get done. Custom work is often much more time consuming than we can estimate. The things we think will go quickly end up taking far more time, and things we think will take a very long time go quickly. I think they call that the 80-20 rule.
You mentioned in a video in the past that some customer didn't want you doing retrofits for them, but the other shops they went to in order to get them done deferred the work back to you. I can see people not wanting not only the hassle and time it takes to do them, but then you have the customers complaining about the cost even though doing the retrofit was their idea.

I see a lot of people that do large abouts of metal cutting or milling using AnchorLube. Looks like more of a paste so it'll stay on vertical surfaces better.
Bobcat and some other equipment companies use a cooling fan with an auto-reverse function where after a set period of time (5-10 minutes), the fan stops and reverses on high speed for a few seconds to keep it clear. Maybe see if you can buy one of those components to put on this.
