Today Ryan is back in the stock room looking for, you guessed it, stock! There he finds some rare Kaiju Ninja Turtle Action Figures. This obviously sparks conversation about Retro-Toy Con last year with the original voice actors for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. The cartoon from the 80s. That's Rob Paulsen, Townsend Coleman, Cam Clark, and Barry Gordon. We also get to see the amazing Star Wars Cosplay that always shows up!

What are Kaiju?
Kaiju is a Japanese word that translates to "strange beast" or "monster." It has been popularized in the West through films like Godzilla and Pacific Rim. These films feature giant monsters that wreak havoc on cities, with human characters fighting back against them. Kaiju in TMNT:

Love the turtles (Donatello!!) I kept a lot of my toys and games from growing up but lost a bunch in a natural disaster about a decade or so back. About a year later, I'm up at my grandparents as they are moving out of their old place, and my uncle pulls out a Kmart bag from his closet of all 4 of the original turtles. He bought them for me as a gift, but I had already got them for Xmas and he just forgot to return them to the store, and they just sat in the back of a closet for 2 plus decades... so I got them all carded now. Some minor wear, but man, after losing so much stuff, it's so cool to have these.
