    Ha! I knew my left hip hurts so much because i have an infection in my left ear. I will give these a try.

      Yes, absolutely. We utilized isometrics throughout the body. Definitely worth working through some different options. Thank you

    If my left hip is problematic, should I do the same movements just on the left side of my body?

      somatics says that most if not all should be do both sides to make sure even.
