Just watched the Canadian figure skating pair at the Olympics skating to "Long Time Running" and got that nostalgic and wistful feeling. "treading the boards, screaming out MacBeth, just to see how much bad luck you really get"....if only they had kept this raw power all along, still love 'em but you do wish they'd release another Road Apples eh?

Ya, I think its Molson Park in Barrie, Ontario, on one of the summer long weekend shows, either Victoria Day weekend (may 24) or Canada Day (July 1), I was with frinds down at the Barrie waterfront for the fireworks display, could hear traces of The Hip carried on the wind from the park.

You would have remembered me in Markham Fairgrounds though....I was with 4 guys building a beer cup pyramid out of empty cups and the cops came and pushed them over just as we put up the last cup of about 100? The WHOLE beer tent went nust and yelled BS! LMAO
