Maybe replace the X3 with a Cayenne GT, if you can swing it, and bring the family along! Tim already has a Ferrari Purosangue on the way and I can only imagine how his viewership will explode when that shows up. So how about something along the lines of the Lotus Eletre? It's something different and performance-oriented that might drive views. But being a petrol-head, not sure it will be your thing, although it would certainly be an adventure building content with an Eletre.
Is that a Uniqlo gilet?

Shmee is an absolute machine, no idea how he manages the amount of content he does and still have time for a life, other business interests, even personal health. He is reaping the rewards and all the luck to him.

Sam, love the content and the production and sincerity and is much admired. It's great to share all these trips and that is just what you guys do.
Its a funny one when any of you guys starting talking about re-arranging your garage. You have to remember that most families have two cars. His and hers, and most work as hard as they can. Survival in tough times for many through these times for many is very tough. Your experiences and those of your peers like Tim are amazing for us all to share. I have been a Petrolhead since I was about 7. In those days (the 70's), my fix was going off on my bike to the local car dealers and picking up every new car information pack I could get my little hands on. The best one I had in those days was a Jaguar XJS it was beautiful, the car and the pack. Back to on-screen content, I was amazed when Top Gear first appeared on BBC2. Very different from the Clarkson and co era! It was a real consumer advice show about cars. Today, we almost don't need to drive or buy all these cars because we experience it here.
I have been fortunate over the recent years to drive and own as everyday cars a 911 targa and a Taycan. But today I am nowhere near wanting to be a constant slave to the car makers. So I will save my next special car for some time in the future.
You don't have to justify any of your choices of car and its great you share them as you do, but even your good ladies' X3 M40d is out of reach of so many. So it's good that people don't feel the pressure to try to keep up with you guys.
I bought a 9 year 135i Convertable after driving a 1M recently. The 1M was £50K, the 135i with 50k on the clock with full-service history and immaculate was £7K. Both cars are amazing fun. The ironic thing in the 135i is almost as quick as the 911 and the sound is very similar. The point is you can enjoy driving amazing cars on any budget, and there are still a few bargains out there.
I would love to see what the first EV you buy will be, especially living in London. Surely a Macan EV would be perfect. Performance and Practicality with the right image too.

A GTC4Lusso would be an amazing replacement for the F-Type but it is considerably more expensive

I used to take my car into mainland at least 3x a month for the weekend when I had the energy for it. Lots of memories were made with family and friends while doing so, nowadays I feel lazy and do that occasionally as I got older so if you have the chance to enjoy those road trips into Europe, go and seize the moment.

I think the new m3 touring would be a great addition to the channel. Not only does it tick every box for you, but it is also super sporty and quick. Would really love to see that on the channel.
Thank you for still being yourself and doing videos that you really enjoy doing. You are authentic and we can feel it through the screen. I still enjoy some of Tim's videos but in the last two years maybe, I feel he kind of switched from video and ideas that were his roots to flamboyant videos and pleasing the public. Finding a suitably interesting four seater sports car is more of a challenge though.
I would say a Project8 would be the perfect compromise (like Harry's)....there is a beautiful Lime Green one for sale atm BUT, No rear seat....🤔
Lots of great car channels that are out there, and I am a huge fan of many of them, but STG is the only channel that makes me want to go out and buy a new car! No better enthusiast channel out there than STG. If only I had the $$$ to buy a 911. But an F-Type? Definitely on my list for when I seriously consider my next car in 2024. Not an R though, still out of my price range! lol!

Take the 360 to the USA and drive some of the places you didn’t get to in the drive the World Series. I live in Nebraska(smack dab in the middle of the US) you can store it in my third stall of my garage(climate controlled) and come over for a few different trips to the Rockies or Canada.
