I am NEVER doing this job again, the amount of times I dropped the pulley trying to get it back on has left multiple anger dents on my beater car
Haha, yes, that pulley was a pain to get back in. Even more aggravating when it looks like it should go back so easily!

Good luck getting the old one out without removing the studs…or you could remove the radiator to get enough clearance, but I’d prefer the former.
