Funny, I've been experiencing demister issues despite troubleshooting, cleaning, etc. And I loathe the air intake being on the same line as the drain line (great way to suck humidity back into your fresh batch!) What d'ya know, you happen to have both of those solved, and on sale on your site! Ordered. Thanks Donald!
Always and still helping people with your vacuum leaks videos, I share them all the time, saving my pennies so I can get the upgraded filter and vacuum release valve, and the hose down the line, hope you had a great Thanksgiving and that your family as well
My first run with HR the pump misted up the house pretty bad, so i put unit next to outside wall and built a little platform for the pump same level as the dryer outside, problem solved and it cuts down on the heat also which is nice in the summer. I have two ft. eaves so pump is protected from weather.
My pump just died; 3 months shy of 3 years. I watched Phil at 4800 ft video on taking it apart and replacing some parts called HR and they won't sell the parts. They want me to either buy a refurbished one or send mine in for starting $90 plus I pay shipping $37 and no guarantee they can fix it. I think it's terrible they monopolize on the pump and a person can't work on their own. So now I have to wait till I have funds to buy another pump. Grrrr frustrating.
lol harvest Right warranty is a joke !! They don’t take responsibility for selling anything that is not working properly They say if don’t return a FD within the first 30 days you are stuck with it ! If they can’t find what’s not working then they just keep having you do upgrades and when it still doesn’t work they just suggest you buy more FD !! Meanwhile they offer you discounts for products that you can’t use for a FD that won’t work if you get online and fill out online questions saying how great their service and product are! Thank goodness we were directed to you We love you You literally made our FD work and work well ( probably perfect ) 🎉❤
I would try upgrading the demister. Most of the time that’s from water in your pump/demister and the one provided isn’t big enough to handle what we really use these pumps for. We have many people reporting 20% or faster dry times with the upgrade as well
@@freezedryerrepairsupport thank you Brother, I did change the demister and got finish one batch. Thank you I will look for the link to get your demister.
I heard your explanation about the cost of the hose, but my question stems from a lack of technical knowledge on my end. I just want to know what goes into a vacuum hose to make it cost over $100? And more importantly- what IS the difference between your hose and the HarvestRight one? I feel like I got suckered by Harvest Right and I don’t want to repeat the experience. Thanks.
Hey Bob thanks for the comment. So the HR ones they have been sending to people are no JIC fitted hoses for one. They all over orings in them that sometimes go bad and at the end of the day IMO they are just made cheap. These hoses are all custom made with JIC fittings. I have tested them hundreds of hours and have sold many of them. I have not had a single hose returned because it didn’t work. I am very proud of that. If you do have an issue with it I will send you another one out with a return label so I can get the one back to check to see what might have went wrong with the hose and request a new one from the manufacturer. (I have still not needed to do this) Hope this helps with some of your questions. I understand many people feel like HR ripped them off. I don’t work for the company as you can see. I am just here trying to help people get a great running machine they should have got from day one
That's just WRONG! Stealing in fact. They should pay you a royalty! Thank you for your work. If Harvest Right wants to do something then improve their product and make good thoses that have been bought! They need to develop a solid state relay board and fix internal vacuum leaks!
Yeah problem is I didn’t patent it. We talked about it however didn’t know the process and didn’t want to pay someone a ton of money for something we didn’t know if people really wanted.
Donald, I see alot of videos about using a the new demister for the premium pump but does the same concept apply for the standard pump? As far as the extra costs to share with your charities...please price your your items so that others can share with there own choice of charities. Dont mark up the prices. If anything, if you want to donate to a charity, do it with your proceeds. Been following you since day ONE! Dont take offense please.
Thanks for following us. I am going to have to work on the standard pump. As for cost we haven’t made prices any higher than when this business was started. We have kept them the same while still doing everything you are seeing behind the scenes. I want people to know what they are supporting when they buy from our company. This is at no cost to a customer. It’s just like many places like Firehouse Subs who donate money we just do it on a much larger percentage than they do.
Hopefully you started the patent process
Thank you for sharing all your experience with us! I love the fresh system I got from you! Will be looking at the new filter in a bit.
Glad it was helpful!

Does that navac demister fit the original HR standard pump?
I have to find a standard pump to see if it will work. I will try reaching out to some local people to see if they might have one.

What is your website ...interested in the filter for the navac

👍👍👍
What are you talking about??? HR has quality control inspectors; he is a 12 year old kid in their Chinese factory.
Yes! I think he goes by the name Hahvest Wong.
Haha this is a good one.

Patent your idea and make them pay for it.
Just make your own machine and sell them. It will be better quality anyway
Why don't yo patent your ideas before you mention them to H.R.?
Patent!
Wish I would have. I might need to higher a lawyer for the next upgrade I am working on but might not be enough changes to make that happen
