GOD bless you brother, no shame for you. If someone hates on you they are worthless. I hope you carry on. You are really great for all you do for us freeze drying people.
That really sucks, Donald. We've been experiencing setbacks ourselves, but I keep reminding that we "Choose our Challenge" and playing life on Hard Mode has its rewards. You just have to persist and keep on keeping on. Looking forward to hearing from you regarding the order. We believe in your integrity and know you'll figure out a solution. Best of luck and sending warm thoughts to you from North Dakota.
Crap, as a person who worked for a company that did some custom work, if run isn't it what you had as sample and spec....they would be coming back to fix or replace. Hope this company will work with you. Thanks for all your work into helping everyone.
Keep your effort, don’t give up. I have found That in very complex problems it is always an overlooked and often simple solution. Put it down, walk away, then come back and take another look
Thank you. We are looking at a couple different things that could be the issue. The manufacturer that made these for me is also helping with that process which is good
Sorry for your setback! Maybe you could just sell them to us cheaper with the understanding that there's no guarantee of the quality and we could actually do testing for you and give you back results or something Donald?
Donald, when are you coming out with a stainless steel air filter? I bought 2 new filters kits from you and two more air filters. They don’t last after a single batch. I got banana and apple I been comparing, regular time in a XL for Apples are 46 hour of dry time. Your filter drop it down to 35 hours, but the filter start to rust from the inside on the first batch. Started a new batch of banana, placed a new filter, cleaned it wiping the excess water every 8 hours did it 4 time already and it’s still starts to rust. I really like what your doing for the community but I can’t buy from you until I know your product are proven
Man first time I have heard people have issues like this even when they are dried out. Let me see what we can do for a stainless steel one. Thank you for the feedback.
Have you tested multiple units and multiple hoses? I am not actually sure what that part is, I don't yet own a FD, and I don't watch every video of yours. It sounds like you're also trying a new type of hose with that fitting, in which case it could be the hose; if not the hose my mind jumps to micro scratches and/or burrs on the mating surfaces, the amount of thread shouldn't really affect vacuum performance if I'm understanding the type of fitting correctly. If a manufacture misses out on one very obvious spec, I would be inclined to suspect other problems (heck, the angle of the mating surface could be off by a tenth of a degree or something)
FreezeDreidEmporium, thanks for telling us ,the same was with our FD,they emailed us an update and FD started working ,but I still think is not good vacuum.
I could pass a function vac test but I would get inadequate vac error when trying to do a full run. My Mt would go down under 500 then shoot back up to 700 and get error. I updated to .25 and did a 4 hr vac test and got down to 136 Mt. Ran a load of fruit and it made it to the dry cycle. I had taped everything possible and changed drain valve out before update and that didn't fix it. Seems weird a software update would fix a vac error.
Yeah seems very weird. I mean I can change my mT as well as I haven’t updated and trick the system to think they are amazing as well. I wonder if that’s really want is happening and software is being changed to just trick the system. I don’t know if that’s the case but seems very weird to me

Thank you for your honesty. Take a deep breathe. 🌻
Thank you, I will

We have reached out to them and hope we will be able to get this all figured out

I'm so sorry to hear that. I am praying for you and your family during this time.
Thank you. We are trying to work with the company to get this right
Im so sorry to hear this!! Hopefully it will all get sorted
Thank you. Fingers crossed
Rock on Don… Sh-t happens… r and d phase 47….
I break any demonic interruption in JESUS CHRIST name.
Sorry for your setback!

This is a good idea for sure. I will talk with the guy who made them as they might want them back
If the manufacturer didn’t follow spec then they didn’t honor the contract, and owes you a refund or replacement.
100% agree
We are working with them now. Hopefully they will respond and do the right thing

IF nothing else offer them "as is" at a lower price. You will recover some money and it might help someone.
They do not let me write comments.
Donald, Donald here or are you sure you haven't reached the maximum of the pump? Hang in there.
Thanks. I hooked up the normal hose I use and it went into the 200 so I don’t think it’s the pump
My vac issue was fixed with a software update which makes no sense to me at all 🤷♀️ Hope they make this right for you!
Yeah not sure if it’s truly fixed or maybe just hidden haha. What was the vac issue you were having
