It's sad that Gohan's right, because it's not so much Goku's fault he is that way. Because he is a Saiyan all he's had is a desire to fight, and nobody in a position of maturity has made the effort to get Goku to grow up. Not even Chichi.

Yeah, when Goku extended his Nyoi-bo up there, he had to deal with all kinds of hostile winds and spirits (I think that's what they were. It's been a while since I read the manga.)

Looking back, it's funny how well they managed to write Cell's evolution. Imperfect was creepy and off putting, but laser focused on his goal. He eats 17 and Semi-Perfect Cell is far more easily distracted and caught up in his own ideas of how to act, but also far more personable, much like 17 himself was.

Why is Vegeta the prince of Saiyans? I mean if his dad was King, then died, surely that would make Vegeta king right? Hail to the king baby!
ademetal Many cultures require a coronation to have someone become a king. It never happened so Vegeta wouldn't be able to formally assume the title. Sure he could do that, but there's not much point in that. Such as how being the prince no longer has any meaning to anyone except Vegeta and Trunks. Vegeta takes pride in it and Trunks (we're talking about kid Trunks, not the future one) seemed to really care about it in the Majin Buu Saga.
Xesthan Actually, he is technically the king of all saiyans. He just calls himself the prince out of respect for his father.
We can assume that is the case and it would make sense as Vegeta has shown that in BoG and Super, but we don't have a confirmed answer. The scene where Vegeta was crying because Freeza threatened to kill his father doesn't count because that was in the English dub only.
I believe he calls himself the prince not the king because he can't handle the fact that his father is dead.
