Thank you for the lovely tour! I love what you've done so far. I would suggest hanging a very tall mirror above your beautiful chest of drawers between the glass doors. It will reflect light around the room almost like a third window. I have done this in my house and I must say the effect is incredible ✨

Love a slow pottering Sunday 😊..Gorgeous shade of green on the chair….progress is coming along nicely…taking the time gives you an opportunity to live in the space and for you to discover what you really like and really need ….your kitchen looks lovely already 😊re your gold kitchen handles…love the long bar handles and just seamlessly match and fit in perfectly. A little tip….You could try searching for gold leaf cream polish or paste…I have used this on my antique metal lamps to brighten the yellow tone gold.I used a brand called Liberon gilt cream…perfect to ramp up the intensity…I’ve used also on my Louis chairs and antique mirrors…Pop it on ..leave for a bit and buff. Available in various shades I believe . It doesn’t matter how long it takes Fern…it’s your home and you don’t want to rush to finish …..happy Sunday guys 😊
The color you chose for the rocking chair is nice and to enhance it either of the two green pillows that you chose from the UK would be nice. Does the palm plant need more sunlight ? Maybe that its why the other two palms are doing well, there positioning is receiving more sunlight it appears. I look forward to seeing the videos that is put out and as a viewer understand prioities and things the time required getting them done. The photo of the coast line was picturese and comforting. Your encouragement of taking good care of your oneself is always welcomed. I remember when I used to take cold showers, I did it for months but I stopped when I had a feeling it was causing a bodily reaction so I stopped doing it but I can tell you the time that I was doing it was some of the best time of my life. If at any time you feel any part of the body strained expecially the heart then I would recommend acknowledging it and know it to be a cautious sign but intil then enjoy the invigeration.
Love your videos. You have excellent taste. Think about a wallpaper mural on your sofa wall. Just a thought. You don’t need help in decorating, you do such a great job on your own.

Hi Fern. I was going crazy looking for kitchen handles and knobs also until I found a brand called Edgar Berebi. They are pricey but beautiful and the only condition my husband would buy them was when we move they would come with us. Lol
Thank you for sharing your home with us. Think about recovering your couch. The couch is beautiful and obviously has a really good construction. I would recommend seeing if you can get a chair and a half that matches the style of the couch manybe second hand then you can have both pieces recovered at the same time. I have done this too because I could not find what I wanted and needed new. You can put the chair and a half and in front where the island is which will give you additional seating. I hope this idea inspires you.

For the door handles, it looks as though there are two bar codes on the side for two different colours. Looks like they just don't have the ones you want.
Apologies for adding to Handlegate but I think I would prefer the new chunky pull handles that match the new bar handles to replace the existing round ones, as nice as they are. That way the finish would be the same on all the handles! By the way I loved this week’s vlog and don’t, worry about content or that only one vlog a week is not enough. Sometimes less is more and avoids feeling pressure to find content. It’s day to day authentic content that is always most appreciated. All the best and the apartment is looking lovely!
