Bro I followed your steps but one thing i done earlier is that before watching your video, I deleted the virus file in my normal startup mode. At that time that folder was deleted. But still that virus was detecting on my trheat protection menu.. Then I followed your steps and deleted that things like quarantine, folders from the scans, and then cleaned %temp% and then booted to normal ... And I saw that there was no file anymore... I just wanted to know that I didn't deletedthe virus folder in safe mode. I deleted that in normal mode... Is that deleted... Cz In my PC there is no threats anymore showing on my windows defender ... What can It be... Please Reply !!

If this isnt working then i prefer installing windows again but when you are re-installing windows delete all partitions and then install windows. Once you have installed the windows you can go to disk management and can create new simple volumes (partions) and full format all your drives while making new simple volumes (this may take 45 mins per disk [hdd]). Then you have your pc in fresh state. And why deleting partitions is necessary ? Its because the virus infects all your files and you cant delete it manually within windows running. I installed spiderman miles morales after that this virus appeared now i installed last of us and its again here. I think it spreaded because of my friends pc. I copied games from his pc.
Im sure this solution will work for those who are stuck.

My Windows defender has spotted a virus named as Win32/Grenam.A but when I am trying to taking action with removing or clear threat or quarantine, then it doesn't perform that. After 2-3 sec again the same virus is reported. Please tell how can I delete it from my PC. Bro if u cant find it too just re-install windows a fresh one and while in windows setup when you reboot make sure to delete all of your drives and once windows is installed you can create partitions again and make sure you format the drives while making a new simple volume. Your data will be lost but virus will be gone forever. I did this and my pc is all good now.
