This is ABSOLUTELY the BEST vinaigrette you can make. And Yes Sherry vinegar is expensive, but so worth it. I add a shallot to mine, TOTAL YUM.

I love using Penzey's dried shallot to mine. I always have it on hand. You can get it freeze dried or ground; I always keep both on hand. And I've found Penzey's to be the best and freshest quality.

Why do classic women love Snoop Dogg? Like the queen and this classic whitest of woman? It's a phenomena

I love vinaigrette. All of them but I especially like raspberry. It pairs well in salads made with grilled chicken, strawberries, a bit of green apple and roasted pecans. Topped with feta cheese. Yum!

Olive oil is all I use for salad dressings. The others are inflammatory. Bad for arthritis and many other things. 💕💕💕

Avocado oil is also good and not inflammatory. It's also better for cooking since it has a much higher smoke point.

So the vinaigrette is a salad dressing? It's funny, because in Russia it's a traditional salad of beets, carrots, potatoes, onions, apples, pickled cucumbers, canned green peas
    For refueling:
    Sauerkraut
    Sunflower oil
    Mustard
    Vinegar
    Salt and black pepper.
This salad is one of the must-have for the New Year's table.

The only time I ever use grape seed oil is to season a carbon steel frying pan..

Olive oil is the only oil you should use in all cooking.

I use olive oil for dressings, but it has a low smoke point and degrades when cooked. I use avocado oil for cooking. It is not inflammatory and has a much higher smoke point.

Other than olive oil. The rest are inflammatory and detrimental to your health

Yes, but olive oil can oxidized and or adulterated too besides high in omega 6.

Olive oil or Avacado oil are the best for health, and in my opinion very good in flavor!!

Are you talking about hexane. If you’re going to tell someone not to do something then give a brief reason. The reader can google the rest if they are interested

I agree about canola and corn oil but what is wrong with grapeseed oil?

@@patriciacavanaugh2223 It’s also produced in the same high-heat, industrial way. So it contains the same oxidative compounds, not to mention the same bad proportion of omega 6 and unhealthy linoleic acid.

Grapeseed oil contains high levels of vitamin E, which has high antioxidant properties, and has shown to contribute to the reduction of damaged cells from free radicals in the body.

Why not just say half a cup of oil instead of 9 tablespoons!

    • @rc-ki4uy
      @rc-ki4uy ปีที่แล้ว +8

By saying 9 tablespoons we will understand a 3:1 ratio of oil to vinegar.

Seed oils. REALLY, Martha? Do some research please.
